Motherhood is incredible.

Life with children is beautiful. Lots of love. Sticky kisses. Wild rumpuses. Tight hugs.

But let’s be real, it’s also a ton of physical and emotional work. Always feeling like you’re a step behind and putting yourself last on your list seem to be normal and expected occupational hazards. It’s no wonder you feel overwhelmed and guilty that you’re not doing it “right”.

The cornerstone of this course is a Resource Library–a series of in-depth yet practical tools for creating and maintaining a daily contemplation practice that truly supports you. This course is about you–what you feel called to do, what gives you peace, what nourishes you AND what fits into your life. These resources are your guide as you:

  • Create your Mom Mission Statement to tap into the deep purpose that supports your motherhood journey, guides your decisions, and gives you peace and confidence in your vision for your family
  • Fire up your motivation so that you can have what you really want
  • Design your contemplation practice and create the conditions that will allow you to be successful
  • Clear out the obstacles keeping you from creating a fulfilling contemplation practice
  • Observe the mental chatter in your noggin and shift the dialogue from self-critical to self-compassionate
  • Overcome resistance and redefine fears (we have a great misunderstanding of fear–seeing it clearly will transform it from a roadblock to a incredibly reliable guidepost)
  • Access your deep inner knowing and quiet the noise to strengthen your self-trust and overcome overwhelm

Guided Meditations

These meditations  (audio files and transcripts) connect you with yourself and get you started with your contemplation practice right away

  • A loving-kindness meditation to guide you into a space of deep compassion for yourself and your little ones
  • An intuition meditation to turn up the volume of your inner knowing
  • A breathing meditation to bring you to a place of deep peace and relaxation

Group Experiences

  • Weekly group calls (four calls in total, one for each week of the course) for sharing your experiences and getting support from me and your fellow moms. This special group time allows us to give voice to the full range of our truth-our successes and struggles-and to call upon the deep wisdom that is present when a group of wise women (that’s you!) get together.
  • Access and warm welcoming into a private Facebook group for continuous support during and after the course.
